Resort Condominium Sales Director
Description: Exciting Director of Sales position for a mixed use new Resort/Condo Community located on the Gulf Coast with over 200 acres, Condo-hotel, 2000+ condos, theater, marina, golf course, spa and retail. The focus of the position is to run the on-site sales office, to sell the condos and the lifestyle. There is a lot of opportunity for growth with this SE Developer.
Requirements: Must have 2+ years as a Sales Director, managing an on-site Sales office, for a new Resort/Condo Community or timeshare/vacation sales experience. 10+ years in Real Estate. High energy, strong presentation skills with a track record of success and leadership. Opening or new development/Resort/condo/timeshare experience with a full understanding of real estate from the ground up. Broker license preferred. Prefer South East candidates.
Salary $250 - $300k: Base $100-$135k plus commission. Relocation package available. We also have many more opportunities in Sales and Marketing in the SE Florida and Alabama for similar communities
Master Planned Community, Sales Director
Description: Director/Manager of Real Estate Sales opportunity for New Golf Course Master Planned Community close to the Gulf Coast. 1500 homes with coastal access by boat. Focus of the position is to set-up policies/procedures, run day to day operations, work with builders and hire & coach staff to ensure maximum sales of new homes in this large developments (over 3000 acres). Lots of opportunity for growth with this financially stable developer. Key member of the Resort & Residential Division Executive Team! Lot's of opportunity for growth with this SE Developer.
Requirements: 5+ years as a Sales Manager of which 3+ for a Resort Style Golf Course Master Planned Community where the focus was selling real estate. Experience with single family homes, villas, town-homes and condos. High energy, strong presentation skills with a track record of success. Full understanding of the real estate process from the ground up and expertise in handling a changing housing market.
With base salary plus incentive this is a $200-300k+ position.
Golf Course Community, Marketing Director
Description: Exciting Director of Marketing position for a new mixed-use Resort/Residential Community located on the Gulf Coast with over 2000+ acres including Single Family Homes, Condo-Hotel, Golf Course, Spa and Retail. Establish and lead all marketing for this destination home development. The focus of the position is to market and generate potential buyers for the homes and the resort life style they offer.
Requirements: Must have 2+ years as a Marketing Director for large new Residential Community, Residential Developer or Builder. High energy, strong marketing skills with a track record of success and leadership. Opening or new development experience with a full understanding of the Real Estate Marketing process from the ground up desired.
Base Salary $80 - $100k plus Bonus. Relocation Package Available. Prefer South East candidates.

High energy, strong marketing skills with a track record of success and leadership. Opening or new development experience with a full understanding of the Real Estate marketing process from the ground up desired.

Opening or new development experience (finding and bringing in the buyer) with a full understanding of the Real Estate marketing process from the ground up desired. Strong internet and website knowledge, collateral materials, etc.
